Let me kick things off by telling you a little bit about our farm.

We’re based in New Waverly, Texas, on a piece of land we’re turning into something special — Heritage Springs Farm. What started as a few chickens and a dream has turned into a working homestead with cattle, gardens, and big plans for farm-to-table food, education, and community. We raise Dexter Cow beef using regenerative grazing and care deeply about doing things the right way — no shortcuts, no junk feed, just honest work and healthy animals.

Through this newsletter, I’ll be sharing what’s working (and what’s not), tools and tips for getting started, and stories from the field — both the successes and the “learning moments.” 😅
